Can I return my order?
No, we cannot accept returns on custom-made orders, as each item is personalised just for you. Please make sure to order the correct size with the help of our Sizing Chart in every product page.
How do I find my correct size?
You can find your correct size by referring to our sizing chart located on each product page here.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order takes about 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Delivery may be faster depending on your location.
Can I add any sponsor logo I want or does it cost extra?
You can add any sponsor logo you want, and there’s no extra cost for this. However, please ensure that you have the rights to use the logos you upload, as we cannot take responsibility for copyright or trademark issues.
What types of fabrics and materials do you offer for the custom jersey?
Our jerseys are made from 86% recycled polyester and 14% elastane, offering both durability and flexibility for maximum comfort.
How should I care for my custom jersey?
To care for your jersey, machine wash it cold with similar colors and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Hang dry to maintain its shape and elasticity.
Are the colors on my screen accurate to what I’ll receive?
Please note that screen colors may vary, and no printer can guarantee perfect color accuracy. You can select HEX colors in the 3D configurator to customise your design. If you require a specific color match, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Can I order for a whole team?
Yes, you can place an order for a whole team. Please contact us via the contact form, and we will be happy to customise the design with multiple names and numbers for the quantity you require.
How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping costs depend on your location within the EU, the shipping zone your country is in, the weight of your order, and the number of products you are purchasing, with the exact cost being individually calculated at checkout.
The 3D Configurator doesn't work on my device - how can I get help?
