ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. We will get back individually to every customer after purchasing a custom item. Your Custom Apparel or Jersey is specially made for you. It takes about 14 business days for production. Expect an email within 14 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Poland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Blugaria, Croatia, Estland, Finnland, Ireland, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Romania.

At this time, we do not ship to Non-EU countries. 

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products purchased. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at checkered-deisgn@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
