You Fill Out the Order Form – The Starting Point of Your Custom Jersey

Every custom MX jersey and custom MTB jersey starts with your order form.
Here, you provide all essential information, such as:

  • Color/ Design ideas
  • Rider name & number
  • Logos (team, club, sponsors)

The more precise your input, the easier it is for us to turn your idea into a high-quality personalized MX jersey or personalized MTB jersey. Look pro like our Checkered Desing ambassador Tommy Searle from Dirtstore Triumph Racing Team.

Personal Contact – Aligning on the Final Details

After receiving your order, we get in touch with you personally.
This step ensures we fully understand your expectations for your custom MX jersey or custom MTB jersey.
We review your ideas, clarify open points, and answer any questions before production starts. This way, your personalized MX jersey or personalized MTB jersey is planned correctly from the very beginning.

Design Creation – Built in Adobe Illustrator

Once everything is clear, we create your jersey design in Adobe Illustrator, using official Checkered Design templates.
This allows us to:

  • Keep designs clean and precise
  • Prepare the artwork perfectly for sublimation as CMYK file

Every sublimated jersey is created individually and tailored to your order.

Design Approval – Nothing Moves Forward Without Your OK

Before printing, you receive a digital design preview of your custom jersey.
You can:

  • Approve the design
  • Request changes
  • Fine-tune details if needed

Only after your approval do we move on to production. This guarantees that your personalized MX jersey or personalized MTB jersey matches your expectations exactly.

Printing – Not Directly on Fabric

A common misconception is that sublimated jerseys are printed directly onto the fabric.
In reality, your design is first printed onto special sublimation paper.
This step is essential for:

  • Sharp details
  • Long-lasting colors

Sublimation Transfer – From Paper to Fabric

Next, the printed paper is transferred onto white polyester fabric straight off the roll.
Process details:

  • 30 seconds
  • 200 Grad
  • Fabric composition: 86% polyester / 14% elastane

Under heat and pressure, the ink permanently bonds with the fabric fibers.
The result is a durable, breathable custom MX jersey or custom MTB jersey with colors that won’t crack or peel.

Cutting – Many Parts, One Jersey

After sublimation, the fabric is cut into individual pieces.
One jersey consists of:

  • Front Panel
  • Back Panel
  • Left Arm
  • Right Arm
  • Collar
  • Neck Piece

Each part is cut precisely to ensure consistency and quality in every personalized jersey.

Sewing – Bringing the Jersey Together

All individual parts are then sewn together.
This step transforms flat fabric pieces into a finished custom MX jersey or custom MTB jersey, built to handle riding, washing, and long-term use.

Shipping – Ready for Delivery

Once sewing is completed, your sublimated jersey goes through a final quality check and is carefully packed. Your personalized MX jersey or personalized MTB jersey is then shipped directly to you.

You Ride It – Your Custom Jersey in Action

Now it’s your turn.
You put on your custom jersey, head out to the track or trail, and ride a product that was designed specifically for you — from the first idea to the final stitch.
